About Randall Peffer
Randall Peffer, author of Screams & Whispers, is
an instructor at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. He is the author of the Cape Islands Mystery Series, including Killing Neptune's Daughter; Provincetown Follies, Bangkok
Blues; Old School Bones; and Bangkok Dragons, Cape
Cod Tears, and Listen to the Dead. He is also the
author of Southern Seahawk and Seahawk Hunting. His nonfiction books include Logs of the Dead Pirate Society and Watermen. The first book featuring the characters Michael Decastro and Tuki Aparecio, Provincetown Follies, Bangkok Blues, was a finalist for Best Mystery in the 2007 Lambda Awards.
